This license governs use of the accompanying software. If you use the software, you accept this license. If you do not accept the license, do not use the software.

1. Definitions

3. Conditions and Limitations

(A) No Trademark License- This license does not grant you rights to use any contributors' name, logo, or trademarks.

(B) If you bring a patent claim against any contributor over patents that you claim are infringed by the software, your patent license from such contributor to the software ends automatically.

(C) If you distribute any portion of the software, you must retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices that are present in the software.

(D) If you distribute any portion of the software in source code form, you may do so only under this license by including a complete copy of this license with your distribution. If you distribute any portion of the software in compiled or object code form, you may only do so under a license that complies with this license.

(E) The software is licensed "as-is." You bear the risk of using it. The contributors give no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws which this license cannot change. DinnerNow.net 3.0 is here! This release is primarily focused on adding support for new Microsoft updates and service packs, with the most important being Visual Studio 2008 SP1 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. DinnerNow.net 3.0 includes the following changes:

Support for new Microsoft updates and service packs
A single master solution that contains all of the DinnerNow files
Bug fixes

Prerequisites for DinnerNow 3.0

DinnerNow.net 3.0 requires the following software to be installed.

Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (OR Visual Studio Team System 2008 Service Pack 1) and .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (32-bit) OR Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (32-bit)
Windows PowerShell 1.0
SQL Server 2005 Express Service Pack 3 (32-bit)
Internet Explorer 8 (32-bit)
Windows Mobile 6 Professional SDK Refresh [optional]
Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Windows Vista (32-bit) [optional]
Power Toys for .NET Compact Framework 3.5 [optional]

Not supported in this release

DinnerNow.net 3.0 has not been tested with the following versions of Windows and/or Visual Studio. However, since the complete source code for DinnerNow.net is available, you are more than welcome to try using DinnerNow.net with these and fix any issues that come up.
