DinnerNow.NET Requires either Windows Vista or Longhorn Server. It's not designed to work on XP.

The DinnerNow web site requires IIS7 for the HTTPHandlers that add the image copyright.

Other than that everything could work on XP SP2, (i've ran it on Windows 2003) but you do have to do much of the configuration by hand. Oh and the mobile app probably won't run as it has a dependency on the windows mobile device center in Windows Vista. (or at least you'd have to figure out how to set that up using activesync etc.)
